Required Qualification or experience (Career, years of experience, background knowledge needed, etc):
- More than 6 years procurement experience in telecommunication field.
- Fluent English.
- High capacity to negotiate with suppliers.
- Know how to make APU analysis.
- Know how to handle bidding independently.
- Has wide resource in telecommunication field.
Main Responsibilities (Explain the specific responsibilities of the job):
- Qualify the suppliers who have enough capacity to provide the service that Huawei requires.
- Handle the procurement bidding to guarantee the delivery of project.
- Work with project team to make procurement strategy based on the country situation.
