Training Coordinator

Company: Qualfon Guyana Inc.

Basic Duties and Responsiblities

  • Prepares for facilitation of learning activities, sets all tools and materials needed for training sessions

  • Ensures that training rules and regulations are strictly followed.

  • Follows all training programs as scheduled

  • Finds out solutions on how to improve learning and overall performance.

  • Applies training assessments and surveys in their groups or to other trainer’s groups as requested by Qualfon University

  • Suggests new ideas to improve training programs and delivery (content sources, activities, session structure, assessments, assignments).

General Qualification

  • University / College Graduate in Education

  • Graduate of any course in similar field of study or its equivalent

  • Needs 2 – 4 years work experience in a related field.

  • Proactive and attentive to details

  • Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

  • Able to make logical and rational decisions

  • Demonstrates integrity and maintains a high level of work ethics

  • Resourceful, flexible and dependable

  • Able to classify and organize priorities and manage work to comply with target dates
